Description

The document describes the account of a Balloon ascent. In which it details the crowds of thousands that waited for hours to watch the take off and initial ascent. It also contains a description of the journey. It tells how the balloon was initially a mile and a half above, and them a current of air moved the balloon off the desired course. After which they were two and a half miles in the the air. It being dark they decided the land to balloon which took about 10 minutes. The landing required very little help and the passengers described the journey and the balloon meeting all expectations.
