Title
Railroad Improvement
Description
The image is just a small excerpt explaining the difficulties of being a signalman. Apparently, I was very easy for a signalman to cause a collusion between two trains. This is because the signalman is trying to move one train from danger, but that causes the train to hit the other. In the excerpt Colonel Yolland expresses his concerns for the welfare of the passengers and signalman. The common goal is to avoid crashes but if only one person is doing the job, he may have trouble when danger occurs. Colonel Yolland suggests that with three people doing less hours and shifting, they will be more alert if danger happens and will not loss focus or become frazzled.
