The official website for information on the World Pride celebrations taking place in NYC in June of 2019

This website serves as the official digital space within which the NYC Pride 2019 celebrations will have information regarding performances, travel information for those coming from large distances, celebrity appearances, volunteer opportunities, the 2019 World Pride March in the NYC, and detailed accounts of LGBTQ+ organizations and individual identities. An exploration of the website reveals both the organization's dedication to celebrating the marginalized identities represented by the Stonewall Riots in 1969, as well as recognizing both the strides made in the progression of LGBTQ+ rights in the 50 years following and the strides yet to be made. Information is further distributed through this website of the 30 days of planned events across New York City throughout the month of June to commemorate LGBTQ+ identities, and address concerns within the community at large.
