Our world is like an unfixed rubix cube. From the way we think to the way we act our humann behavior is largely influenced by the ambiance of our environment that is established from the different cultural belief systems that exist. However, one thing we fail to realize that these stigmatized notions and stereotypes breed adversities of inequalities that effect the well-being of certain ethnical groups. When it comes to discriminatory practices, racial trauma plays a salient role to the poor mental hygiene of Black Americans. The history of discrimination amongst African Americans plays as a leitmotif of their everyday lifestyles which causes members of the black community to mistrust the failed justice system and question if discrimination amongst blacks will ever cease to exist.
