My Podcast and Description!

Hi! Welcome to my Exhibit! 

I'm Natalia Ortiz and this Omeka site accompanies my podcast titled: Hybrid/Remote Work Settings Post-Pandemic, where I talk about how our sense of individualism and collectivism changed after COVID-19. Specifically, in the workplace due to hybrid and remote work settings.   

In the podcast I mention how moving forward, in the next 5 to 10 years, we'll continue to see how American society adopts collectivistic tendencies due to the pandemic.
