Remote/Hybrid work settings

This Omeka page is dedicated to the second half of my podcast. Where I define and discuss hybrid/remote working. Explaining its pros and cons and how individualism and collectivism are incorporated into the workspace.

Artifact 3: In this chart, you will be able to see general hybrid work statistics. It states that 84% of companies said that employee health and wellness are very important when coming up with a new work plan. 72% said employee productivity was a key factor.

Artifact 4: This chart presents executives' opinions on hybrid work. The majority of surveyed executives believe that employees need to spend three days per week in the office to maintain a sense of community and teamwork.
