Title Page of "Life's Little Ironies"

This is an image of the title page of the title page in the first edition of Hardy's "Life's Little Ironies," which is the collection of short stories that "On the Western Circuit" was originally published in. I thought this image was interesting because of its format. It is not centered as title pages normally are, and the type format is not uniform. "Life's" is larger than "Little Ironies," and it is off center to the left. I also thought the small image on the page was interesting, as normally there isn't a small picture there, and it doesn't specifically relate to anything.
