Artifact #6: This graph is the first one showing the academic improvement in Colombia by portraying the percentage of Colombians who completed their bachelor's. This artifact is important because, with educational development, there are more chances for economic progress. 

Artifact #7: This is the second graph showing the academic development in Colombia over the last 10 years. This graph shows the improvement of Colombians who have completed upper secondary. This artifact is important because it gives an accurate account of the percentage change of educational improvement in Colombia. 

Artifact #8: This is a graph showing the labor force participation rate in Colombia, and how it improved over the last 10 years. This artifact is important because it shows that education is tied with the increase of jobs and; therefore, economic growth.

Artifact #9: This graph shows an accurate description of the increase in women's participation in the labor force. This artifact is important because it supports the fact of economic growth allowing women to have closeness to social networks. 

Lastly, it is argued that 10 years from now, it is expected that Colombia experienced a cultural change where it continues to encounter an increase in individualism. This is due to the improvement that Colombians have been showing in areas such as education, labor force participation including women as well, and economic growth.
